CliDE interoperability with CDM

As a CliDE user, I want processes that have been develop to work with the Climate Data Model (CDM) to also work with CliDE databases

Acceptance criteria

1. Implementation of mappings for CliDE to/from CDM
2. Units tests demonstrating that mappings are bi-directional without data loss
