Demo Github Actions Should Post Comment on Fail/No Fail

To aid in reviewing, the demo workflow should post whether new regex failures are detected. These could be expected, or be unexpected, depending on the nature of the PR.

This issue is no longer relevant since the tests should now always be passing after moving to the models repos.
