Multiple Problems Migrating MITx Residential Production To Forums V2

All of these errors were encountered invoking the migration script with the 'all' parameter as described in the documentation:

We have successfully migrated all of CI and QA successfully.

For context, this is all as part of our migration to Teak. The deployment that we are running has been in service for over a decade now, so the forums in particular have a lot of old content that would not have shown up in the test cases available to engineers working on this project. We also periodically remove old courses from the runtime, which does not remove the contents from the forum. Ideally we can migrate all content in our forum, but the migration script likely needs to be written in a more defensive manner to allow for handling inconsistent historical data structures.

@blarghmatey @feoh did the latest forum tag fix the reported issues or are you still encountering any issue in data migration?

Extensive testing is happening right this very second.

We did a successful end to end data only test migration in mit-learn production, and we are migrating MIT Learn RC right now.

The problem child is residential production, and that will have to wait a short time for the forum v2 updated migration code that @blarghmatey rebased into our Teak branch to be deployed into the actual production environment. Current estimates are that this should happen sometime this week.

We're giving this one max attention folks and are moving as quickly as we can.
