No module named pip with Flatpak QGIS

When I try to use QPIP inside of a Flatpak version of QGIS, I run into the following error:

```sh
/usr/bin/python3: No module named pip
```

Guessing this has something to do with being in Flatpak, but I don't have the expertise to figure out what's going on. Can you give me some guidance?

I have already installed the runtime needed.
