Testing EventEngine

• Go to slack and get an EventEngine hash from Chris D.
• Go to EventEngine and enter the hash
• Go to https://openhpc.github.io/cloudwg/tutorials/pearc20/getting-started.html and set up packer and key pair named pearc20.pem
• Download tarball and try to do Exercise 1 and 3
