the number of replicas in machinedeployment and machinepool are managed by cluster-autoscaler. so, argocd will ignore the difference.

TKS에서 기본적으로 cluster-autoscaler를 적용하고 있기 때문에 cluster-api machinedeployment와 machinepool의 replica 스펙이 저장소와 다르더라도 이를 무시하고 out of sync가 상태로 변경되지 않도록 예외 설정을 추가하였습니다. 추가로 기본 리비전 정보를 모두 main으로 통일하였습니다.
