어드민 클러스터 구성할 때 외부 DB를 사용하거나 지정하지 않을 경우 설치 되도록 변경하고 있습니다. decapod-bootstrap보다 먼저 설치되어야 하는 gitea 역시 DB가 필요하기 때문에 분리는 필요합니다. |

argocd 차트를 현 기준 최신(5.41.1)으로 업데이트 하였습니다. 또한, 차트 변경으로 application 을 value로 정의하는 부분이 제거되고 별도 차트 (argo-cd-apps)로 분리되었기에 해당 내용도 반영하였습니다.
