This PR updates our JCStress wrapper to use the latest (snapshot) build of JCStress.

The individual group wrappers have been re-generated and their copyright years updated to show up that any possible changes in groups would be addressed.

Testing: standard JCStress groups part1, part2 and part3, no failures or problems found.
