What this PR does / why we need it:
We decided that all our resources should use the
k8s.io/apimachinery/pkg/apis/meta/v1.Conditiontype to display conditions. This PR adapts the condition updater to work with this type instead of using our ownConditioninterface.Which issue(s) this PR fixes:
