Translate specific CSV columns

When processing some JSON text files only specific fields are in a language that needs to be translated. Similarly, when processing some CSV files only specific columns need to be translated. Support the ability to specify the JSON field(s) and CSV column(s) to translate. Generate a new version of the input media where the translated text replaces the original text. This file may need to be uploaded to AWS.
