OpenPipelines 1.0.0 Release Epic

With viash 0.8.0, we will be introducing breaking changes. Together with these changes, we should group other breaking changes into a single release to make sure that we do not introduce them every release and adjustments are needed each time.

• Bump viash to 0.8.0 #597

• Complete Redundancy in label transfer components? #539
• Create mudata namespace an move components that perform basic operation on the mudata objec to it (delete_layer, remove_modality). Most of these currently are put in the metadata or filter namespace. #770
• With Viash 0.8+ we have the ability to split off the tests in a separate test.nf workflow script. #603
• Use the viash dependencies: config value for workflows #604 (see Remove workflows folder. #605)
• Rework full pipeline to use fromState and toState (Use the viash dependencies: config value for workflows #604)
• Create workflows at workflows that reference the build workflows at target/nextflow/workflows #627
• Viash 0.8.0: Make sure to add the nextlow labels to the config #674
