What's changed?

version and versionPattern now propagate to the Gradle FindDependency call as well as the Maven one.
Added test to prove this works, and did not before.

What's your motivation?

• With the change to support version and versionPattern in the FindDependency from rewrite-gradle project as part of Add Version and VersionPattern support for gradle FindDependency rewrite#6299, we now want to make the shared java FindDependency find versioned dependencies in gradle as it currently works for Java.

Anything in particular you'd like reviewers to focus on?

This change needs to go out after the newer version of rewrite-gradle is released. This was tested with local maven published versions of the PR referenced above.
