Pool 创建的 Pod 因 ephemeral-storage 资源不足进入 Error 状态后未自动重建

What happened?

使用 Pool 创建的 Pod 由于节点临时存储（ephemeral-storage）资源不足，进入 Error 状态，但 Pod 没有被自动重建/重启。
