ai-retester: Failed because the ci‑index step ran on an arm64 node but the image it tried to pull (ci‑op‑bz46szx4/pipeline@sha256:…) only had an amd64 manifest. Since the manifest list had no arm64/OS‑linux variant, buildah couldn’t create the builder, the pod was never created, and the job failed. The “Building index images is deprecated” warning is unrelated.
