Added operations to support multiple authorizations (removeAuthorization, getAuthorization, getAuthorizations).

sorry for the delay I have here, too. But once again in the cycle of releasing JBoss Tools CR2 I have to fight critical bugs that keep me all busy. Should be back on track pretty soon though.

rebased and created a new PR: #164

If I now look at the methods in OpenShiftConnectionFactory I see us stacking the different authorization methods in additional parameters. We should separate the 3 authentication forms we have, ideally via a connection builder: https://issues.jboss.org/browse/OSJC-128
