DefaultClient#getServerReadyStatus should check at /healthz

DefaultClient#getServerReadyStatus requests the health status at /heathz/ready. As for 3.10 origin responds with 404 NOT FOUND (see https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-26333 for more details).
According to https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/3.9/day_two_guide/environment_health_checks.html /heathz fullfills the intended aim.
The question that needs investigation is if older versions of origin also offer /healthz

/healthz seems available in origin 1.5 already (1.5y ago). See the readyness check script at openshift/origin#12143 (comment) which checks at /healthz
