- Slight refactor and removing unused stuff
- Removing some cruft, moving bibtex customizations, and redoing DWEDS a little
- Making a new data source for just any old context as output
- Moving module load code out of Mapper
- In service of making PyOpenWorm actually connection-based
- Making it so mapper can do its thing after imports happen
- Updating tests to use connections explicitly
