Root on ZFS Raspberry Pi instructions should include USB SSDs

The Ubuntu 20.04 Root on ZFS for Raspberry Pi instructions should work for both microSD cards and USB SSDs.

I have created a preliminary version of the instructions for installing on both microSDs and USB SSDs. Before I create a Pull Request, additional testing and review would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, this would be a nice enhancement, now that such support is available in the firmware. I'd love to see you convert this to a PR, even if you mark it as draft, so I can start reviewing the diff.

Thank you. I created Pull Request #218 and marked it draft. I have run through the main path (no encryption, no desktop) four times (the last with no edits to the instructions) and think they are pretty solid. Still, I think additional checks and tests will improve confidence.
