[BUG] opm alpha diff hangs when processing the Red Hat 4.10 catalog

What Happened

When running opm alpha diff with this Red Hat 4.10 catalog it hangs

This does not occur with other catalogs (certified catalog) or with an include.yaml.

Expected behavior

The catalog differential to successfully complete

This may be because the command is actually erroring out and not throwing it, causing the command to hang.

Next step would be to run the command with the verbosity turned up and potentially see if there are any helpful log messages.

Hi @exdx, thanks for taking a look. I did also run this with the --debug but did not see any additional output past the deprecation warning.

@anik120 It appears to be a dependency cycle between mcg-operator.v4.9.4 and ocs-operator.v4.9.4. Getting stuck in this loop

. Perhaps it just needs a check to see if the providingBundle has already been processed?
