Unreadable text in GNOME default dark theme

I'm using Fedora 28 with Adwaita-dark theme (which is the official dark variant of the official theme of GNOME) and some part of the UI use white text on white background, making them unreadable:

Thanks for the bugreport! We'll try to address this annoyance.

As a workaround until fixed, you can run VisualVM with a different look'n'feel to see all the texts: visualvm --laf Metal or visualvm --laf Nimbus.
