Command-Line Options To Control JFR

It would be handy to have a possibility to ask the running VisualVM instance to start/control flight recording of a Java process from terminal/external tool.

Usage:

visualvm --start-jfr <pid> to start flight recording with the default settings or
visualvm --start-jfr <pid>@name=<recording_name>,settings=<jfr_settings>
where the jfr_settings is one of the two predefined JFR profiles: default or profile, or
visualvm --start-jfr <pid>@settings-file=<path_to_file>
where path_to_file is path to a readable settings file created using the Properties.store(Writer, String) method, containing at least one of these properties: name, settings with the values described above.

visualvm --dump-jfr <pid> to dump the flight recorder data
visualvm --stop-jfr <pid> to stop the flight recording session

The values cannot contain space, quote, double quote, and comma. Use the following encoding for these characters:
space -> %20
quote -> %27
double quote -> %22
comma -> %2C
