oos_util_apex.join_session doesn't map up to session changes

Suppose you do the following:

• Set P1_X = abc
• Join session (in plsql)
• Set P1_X = def
• Query P1_X in SQL, it'll still point to abc

I think APEX stores these values in an array which is loaded when join_session is stored which contains all the session values. Only workaround is to disconnect and reconnect.
