GlycemicGPT now connects to your existing Nightscout instance for AI-powered analysis of your diabetes data.
What this means
If you run Nightscout, you can connect it to GlycemicGPT without changing anything about your current setup. Your CGM uploader, your Loop or AAPS configuration, your Nightscout instance β all stays exactly as it is. GlycemicGPT reads your data through the Nightscout REST API and adds AI analysis on top.
This effectively supports every device and platform that feeds into Nightscout β Dexcom, Libre (via xDrip+), Medtronic (via uploaders), Eversense, Loop, AAPS, Trio, and xDrip.
How it works
A guided 5-step smart onboarding wizard handles the connection:
An expert/manual mode is also available if you just want the data connection without the profile import.
What flows in
entriestreatments(boluses, carbs)treatments(basal changes)devicestatusprofileOnce connected, GlycemicGPT syncs on a configurable schedule (1m / 5m / 15m / 30m / 60m). You can have multiple Nightscout connections β useful for caregivers following more than one person.
What GlycemicGPT adds to your data
Once your Nightscout data is flowing, GlycemicGPT's AI layer goes to work:

Looking for testers
This integration needs validation across different Nightscout setups. If you're willing to connect and share feedback, I'd especially like to hear from:
File bugs at GitHub Issues or join the Discord to chat through setup.
How GlycemicGPT fits the ecosystem
GlycemicGPT is not a replacement for Nightscout. Nightscout shows you your data. GlycemicGPT thinks about it. This integration is the bridge between the two. For the full picture: Relationship to other tools
