Allow access to pocket accounts

Our normal transactional accounts can have "pocket balances" in other currencies, e.g. USD or EUR. Using these accounts makes their transactions invisible to the API.

They don't appear to the app authorization scope; you can't query for them; they just don't exist. We can't see their balances, their transactions or perform any actions on them.

It would be ideal if they were exposed as sub-accounts or as full peer accounts we could access.
