Right now you have to manually copy the display name from the troubleshooting logs and paste it into the output_name_windows field. It's kind of a pain. You have to switch between tabs to find the right value.
What I'm suggesting is could we get a dropdown menu for this setting that shows the detected displays? Something like:
Select Display:
[ Acer X34A (\.\DISPLAY1) - 3440x1440@100Hz ▼ ]
VDD by MTT (\.\DISPLAY10) - 1920x1080@60Hz
The info is already there in the troubleshooting tab, so it seems like it would just need to populate a dropdown with the same data.
I was setting up a virtual display for streaming and it took me a while to figure out I needed to grab display number from the logs instead of just typing DISPLAY2 or something, so it should be a great improvement
