Known saturation of solid body crystal for sinticillation

Do you know if there is a saturation in solid body crystals for sinticillation? I know it from gas filled tubes that there is a point after that the gas is saturated.

Yes there is a saturation count rate for these types of crystals, but it is much higher than the saturation of the electronics, so you don't need to worry about it. Except if you work on a really high frequency, high dose rate kind of application.
