OVOS uninstall help!

I installed ovos via both docker and virtualenv options on Zorin OS

Nothing works, can't find the docker, there's no ovos, ovos-config or any other script or service available.

Since it seems to not be working, I now want to uninstall it, but there is no documentation on how to do that either. I tried passing "--uninstall" to the installer.sh script, but it just pretended to install it again and again.

I was hoping for a cool voice activated command tool, but now I just want to clean up my rig. I don't even know if anything was installed at all - it doesn't really look like it, but I still want to make sure.
