Orchard Core Contrib Health Checks v1.5.0

I'm glad to announce that the OrchardCoreContrib.HealthChecks module v1.5.0 has brought new features:

• Restrict Health Checks Endpoint by IPAddress list
• Rate Limit Health Checks Endpoint and block the IP if it exceeds the configured limit
