Default rules

Hi!

Is there any plan in overture to allow rules in order to save some storage?

For example, this line mentions a default for access and lanes, but I can't find any docs/specs defining the defaults.

Probably, in the future we would like to have lane info, speed limits, access, surface, etc defined for every road segment. However, I suppose a huge storage and performance gain could be achieved if we allow some flexible default rules that can retrieve the attributes when they are missing, like highway=residential => speed_limit=30, lanes=1 or highway=motorway => speed_limit=120, lanes = 2.
