Question Set Review Not Showing & Status Not Changing After Publish

Hi Team,

We are facing the following issues:

1. Once a question set is created and submitted for review, and the reviewer publishes it, the question set still appears in the “Up for Review” section.
2. The question set also remains in the “Submitted for Review” section for the content creator, even after it has been published by the reviewer.

It would be helpful if you could guide me on how to resolve these issues.

Hey @pkumarmshetty , are you finding this issue only with question set or it is the same with course / content publish?

@pkumarmshetty Can you check the content-publish-config ConfigMap and compare the cloud-related values against async-questionset-publish-config?

Can you do this comparison and let me know if there are any changes

@aimansharief The content in both files looks the same. Only the temporary kubectl edit file name is different.
