Issue with creating question set

Hi Team,

I hope you are doing well.
While creating question sets, after the reviewer reviews and publishes them, the question sets are not getting published successfully. Although an alert message says “Content Published”, the question sets still remain in the “Submitted for Review” section for the content creator, instead of moving to the “Published” section and in the “Up for Review” section for the content reviewer.

I tried publishing the question set named Maths assessment.

So can you confirm these things:

1. What is the SunbirdEd version used here?
2. Does the issue persists for all the question sets?
3. Are you facing the same publish issue for other contents too?

1. The deployed version is 8.1.0
2. Yes, I tried creating MCQs and subjective questions but facing the same issue
3. No, I am facing this issue only while creating question sets.

1. When you click on the Publish button for the question set, could you check immediately if the pod named async-questionset-publish-taskmanager-* is failing or showing error logs?. Can you share it here too.
