Hi Amanda sorry for the delay in getting back to you on this! I'm not aware of anyone who has compared demographics between EYFSP and KS1. Have you exported (and therefore are able to share) how frequently this seems to be happening, or if it is restricted to specific years of data? I think your plan to use demographics where they match between HES and KS1 seems sensible, at least for variables that you wouldn't expect to change over time like month of birth. Katie |

I have noticed that there seem to be issues with the potential quality of the Early Years Foundation Stage Profile (EYFSP) particularly on basic demographics (e.g. sex, or month of birth) compared to the KS1 demographics for the same children.
