Xpra shadow on Wayland

shadow on wayland (the ability to use xpra to access an existing wayland session) is not supported according to docs.

• are there plans for future support?
• if not, what would be recommended alternatives for those that will be switching to wayland DEs?

We do have a wayland backend via pipewire, and now also a WIP wayland seamless mode: #387 (comment)
(the latter is more promising - but that's for seamless mode, not `shadow)

The pipewire option is not very interesting at all, it's just giving us a file descriptor we can use with gstreamer - big meh. A stream is a very narrow way of handling screen updates, but that's all we get from the "portal remote desktop" API.
Support in xpra was incomplete IIRC (ie: never got around to wire the keyboard properly) because this way of doing remote desktop basically skips all the interesting code that makes xpra so useful and efficient.
There are other options, but as usual, support in compositors is patchy at best.
