Drivers for Exasol in dbc

Hello,

there is a new ADBC driver for the Exasol database available at https://github.com/marconae/exarrow-rs.
I wonder if it is possible to add it to dbc?

Idid a simple hello world and it works just fine:
uvx dbc install exasol
uv add adbc-driver-manager polars pyarrow

from adbc_driver_manager import dbapi

import polars as pl

uri = "exasol://user:password@server:port/database" -- replace with your actual connection details

with dbapi.connect(driver="exasol", uri=uri) as connection:
    query = "select 'hello world' as message from dual"
    df = pl.read_database(query=query, connection=connection)
    print(df)

Output:

shape: (1, 1)

│ MESSAGE     │
│ ---         │
│ str         │
╞═════════════╡
│ hello world │
└─────────────┘

Due to a project I can't make enough time to check if everything else also works, but this is a great start!
