Make All URLs Non-Case Sensitive

Hello,

We are currently using ArcXP, and we’ve noticed that all URLs in our setup are case-sensitive, which is causing usability and SEO concerns.

Example:
✅ Working URL:
https://insights.citeline.com/in-vivo/deal-making/pharma-bd-leaders-navigate-uncertainty-and-opportunity-YAEYCDW4ZNFGXK3HD4VQLND4TA/

❌ Same URL in lowercase returns a 404 error:
https://insights.citeline.com/in-vivo/deal-making/pharma-bd-leaders-navigate-uncertainty-and-opportunity-yaeycdw4znfgxk3hd4vqlnd4ta/

Even though both URLs have the same structure and content, only the case-sensitive version works.

What we’re trying to achieve
We’d like to make all ArcXP URLs (Articles, Pages, Authors, etc.) case-insensitive, so that:

• URLs resolve correctly regardless of uppercase or lowercase letters
• Users don’t encounter unexpected 404 errors
• SEO consistency is maintained

Our questions

• Is there any existing configuration in ArcXP to make URLs case-insensitive?
• Has anyone implemented this via edge, CDN, or application-level redirects?
• Are there any known best practices for handling this?
