Hi Ben, I suspect that you uploaded the volume files as a storage request. Storage requests are deleted after 12 months unless they are manually extended (BIIGLE sends email notifications about this). If you didn't extend the storage requests, they were probably deleted. You can check this in your list of storage requests. You can "re-activate" the volume by uploading the files again in a new storage request. If you use the same directory names/paths and filenames than before, the volume will start working again, once the storage request was approved. You can find the volume path and filenames in the volume edit view (pencil icon on the top left of the volume overview). The path is everything that follows the |

Hi there,
I'm trying to access images in a volume that I have not used in a couple of years. I'm getting the error "Failed to load image [INSERT IMAGE NAME]!". I'm wondering if it is because the files have been moved or deleted off the BIIGLE servers. Is there any way to check this, or to track down the source of the error?
