Does enabaled mean disabled?

Hi, I really appreciate the time and effert that people put in making this application, however i have point of critique on the UI...

I find it very confusing and the number of checkboxes reminds me off the cookie wall list of venders to disable'.

Also the meaning of enabled is confusing:

Are file explorer ads disabled or is the disabeling enabled?
