Error Sending Message (WhatsApp)

Hi, I've a Agent AI on n8n connected via Webhook with ChatWoot

When I receive a message in Chatwoot (self-hosted) on the WhatsApp channel, I send this message via webhook to a workflow in N8N. The workflow is an AI agent that processes the message and responds directly via API to Chatwoot (self-hosted). Yesterday everything was sending without a problem, but today I'm getting the error shown in the attached image. The other error is that the automation where the webhook is located isn't triggering in 7 out of 10 conversations, so I have to do it manually. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
