When trying to use copilot in vscode or clion, it says "Copilot is encountering temporary issues (click for details)". Clicking does nothing btw.

It sounds really frustrating, especially when the status page says everything should be working.Based on the logs and diagnostics you provided, it looks like Copilot is able to communicate with the necessary servers, but something is going wrong when it tries to fetch completions. A few thoughts on what we could try...

• Make sure you're on the latest versions of the Copilot extension, VS Code, and CLion. Sometimes bugs can be fixed in newer releases.
• Try disabling any other extensions you have installed to see if there are any conflicts. You can re-enable them one by one afterwards to narrow down the culprit if this helps.
• If you're behind a proxy or firewall, double check that Copilot traffic is allowed through. The diagnostics show your proxy settings are not configured, but it's worth verifying.
• As a last resort, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Copilot extension. This will rule out any corrupt extension files or settings.

If none of that works, I'd recommend opening a support ticket with GitHub... They'll be able to dig into the specifics of your setup and hopefully provide a solution. In the meantime, do any errors show up in the Output panel when you have "GitHub Copilot" selected in the dropdown? That might give us some additional clues...
