Feature request - more code explore!

I'm a big fan of code explore and tend to use it daily, looking for any new interesting tools or repos. If possible I think it would benefit with 2 changes.

1. Custom trending repos based on my stars/interest

I know there already exists a feed but mine is pretty much a few other people's recent forks and is generally the same each week. It would be cool to see what other people are starring and their PRs right from this page.

**2. More dynamic trend algorithm. **
Similarly, I like to check out new repos that are trending even if they aren't under my interests. I learn a lot by seeing what new things are coming up in rust. But most of the time i see the same repos as the day before.

Can these feeds be tweaked?
