Missing reaction-types in API docs

I looks like there were some updates to the Github API docs.

I have been using these a lot lately and I've noticed there a missing links in several places. I will try to post more as I see them.

Right now, one I am dealing with is https://docs.github.com/en/rest/reference/reactions#reaction-types. The reaction-types list seems to be removed. I can't find it anywhere.

Another feedback piece is on the TOC. It used to be fixed to the right rail. This made navigation SO much easier. Now I have click the back to top and then on another link in the TOC to thumb around.
