Github classroom three dots disappear/appear randomly

Hi everyone,

Today, when trying to extend assignment deadline, I experienced that the "three dots" (next to the repository icon) that allow extending deadlines, appeared / disappeared randomly.

I could not extend the deadline for all of the selected students, but only for some as in some cases three dots were there and in some cases they were not there.

This problem appeared in several assignment and in several students submission.

I dont know if this is browser related, but using Microsoft Edge version 130.0.2849.46 (Official build) (64-bit).
