Workflow names can start with Emojis. It's cute.
However, if they are being used for check runs, the
https://github.com/<org>/<repo>/branches/authorization_suggestions?name=main&type=dismiss&q=endpoint throws an "oops" when searching for an Emoji.This means that such workflows cannot be used to gate pull requests.
