Missing issues when "New Issues Experience" is enabled

In https://github.com/beanio/beanio/issues, a lot of issues are not shown when the "New Issues Experience" is enabled.

The "legacy" Issues show 29 open issues and 119 closed:

With the new experience feature, I only see 6 open and 58 closed:

For example, beanio/beanio#100 is open but does not appear in the list of open issues.

It looks like the new feature is not showing issues created by GoogleCodeExporter in the Open filter, although I can see some of them in the Closed filter.

Same also for https://github.com/google/gson: A search for GoogleCodeExporter as author shows only a single open issue, but there are other ones as well such as this one which are not found.

But there are more bugs:

• Text search does not work for them either, e.g. searching for "subclasses" in title finds nothing, despite there being Gson can't construct subclasses of HashMap without a default constructor google/gson#419
• It doesn't show comments
  Gson can't construct subclasses of HashMap without a default constructor google/gson#419 shows "3 comments" at the top, but none of the comments are shown. The archived version shows them. Additionally linking to one of the comments, such as Gson can't construct subclasses of HashMap without a default constructor google/gson#419 (comment), does show the comment in the hover preview.
