Keep getting denied student access even after following all the rules.

Hi everyone,

I've tried about 10 times using different verification methods and keep getting denied. Has anyone had to repeatedly submit valid information with the formatting and settings they ask? Is this a bug because it is not being reviewed by an actual person?

Hi @whtrhno,

First of all, I noticed that you haven't completed your GitHub profile with your full name.

You have to fill in your billing information and your GitHub profile with your full name exactly as it appears on your academic transcript. Then log out and log back into GitHub before reapplying.

Thanks for the help. However, I was only missing the profile name, (I Had already matched the billing name), I've shown multiple documents with my name and the school, however the first thing they list is the school needs to be on the document. Some have the name registrar and I even included my brusar account showing I'm definitely enrolled and paying.
