Hi @celikcemeh, I recommend you translate your academic proof from Turkish to English and then fill in your billing information and your GitHub profile with your full name exactly as it appears on your academic transcript. For further reference, take a look at this discussion, as this user solved it by doing this: #164969 Remember to log out and log back into GitHub before reapplying, as for some reason the application system gets stuck in a loop even after the required information has been updated. If you still get rejected, submit the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC. If none of the above works, I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select " |

Hi @celikcemeh !! Thank you for the detailed explanation. I believe you followed all of these requirements, your profile has your full legal name exactly as it appears on my official teacher document, and two-factor authentication is active. The document you uploaded was obtained directly from the E-Government system, but it seems the school name was not fully visible when captured with the camera. I will try uploading a clearer image where the full school name is completely visible and, if needed, include an English translation next to it as suggested. If there are any specific formatting or document requirements (for example, preferred file type, resolution, or document layout). This should help if not feel free to make a ticket in order to see if they can provide you with more assistance!! Hope this helps :) |

Hi everyone,
Teacher application was not approved. I received the document stating that I am a teacher from the E-government system, and when I upload the document from the camera, the school name cannot be read and my application cannot be approved. The following is written in the justification statement after the application: Reason(s):
The text in the photo you used was unable to be read. If using your device camera, make sure the image is clear and legible. For some languages, you may need to capture the original document alongside an English translation.
The image you selected does not appear to contain your school name. Your complete school name must appear in your document, not only the school logo. You may include multiple documents together. If your official document is not in English then you may photograph the original next to an English translation.
Your document does not appear to indicate you as a faculty member. If you mean to apply as a student, please cancel your application and reapply here.
Please ensure that your academic affiliation document contains your last name exactly as it appears in your GitHub billing information. If you have only a single legal name, enter it in both the first and last name fields of your GitHub billing information.
Please ensure that your academic affiliation document contains your first name exactly as it appears in your GitHub billing information. Variations of your name and nicknames are unacceptable.
You are unlikely to be verified until you have completed your GitHub user profile with your full name exactly as it appears in your academic affiliation document. Please do not use a variation of your name or a nickname. Once you have updated your profile information log out and log back into GitHub before re-applying. My profile information is correct and 2FA is active.
