Hi @Na2604, Unfortunately, manual reviews aren't provided, you have to submit your application via Education Benefits form. Make sure to fill in your billing info and GitHub profile with your full name exactly as it appears on your academic transcript. Then log out and log back into GitHub before reapplying, because the application system gets stuck in a loop even after the required information has been updated. If you still get rejected, submit the application using another device, such as a smartphone or another PC. If none of the above works, I recommend you contact support by opening a ticket here, select " |

Hi @Na2604, I’m also a student, and I’ve seen a few cases like this. The best thing to do is to contact the GitHub Education support team directly through this form: https://support.github.com/contact/education and submit your documents for manual review. Make sure your student letter and translation are clear and your GitHub profile matches exactly. This usually helps get the Student Developer Pack approved. Good luck! |

Hi everyone,
Hello GitHub Education Team,
I am a first-year student at VNUK – The University of Danang, Vietnam.
I have applied for the GitHub Student Developer Pack several times, but my application was rejected due to name/date mismatch.
I would like to request manual verification.
Attached is my official student confirmation letter in Vietnamese, and an English translation. The document clearly shows:
My GitHub account information (Profile + Billing) has been updated to match exactly.
Could you please review and help me complete the verification?
Thank you very much.
Best regards,

Hoàng Nhật Anh (@Na2604)
