I understand how stressful this is — especially with a graduation-related project at risk — but I need to be very clear so you’re not misled: ❌ I cannot escalate, access, prioritize, or influence any GitHub support tickets — including #3914536. I have no internal access to GitHub systems, support queues, or staff. But I can tell you what does work in situations like this and what steps you should take now. ✅ 1. Two days with no response is normal for account-suspension appeals GitHub account-suspension reviews often take: 3–7 days normally Longer if it’s due to abuse-detection (which includes Actions usage spikes) Weekends also slow everything down noticeably. So do not worry yet — this delay is typical. ✅ 2. Do NOT submit another ticket Submitting duplicates actually slows things down and can push your case backward in the queue. Stick with your original ticket: #3914536. ✅ 3. What you can do to speed up your chances Add one follow-up message (not multiple). Example message you can paste: Hello, I want to add additional clarification. Thank you very much. This keeps your ticket active without spamming the queue. ✔️ 4. If your account was suspended due to Actions Most common causes: Mining flags Excessive usage from forks Running self-hosted malicious workflows Automated triggering loops Abuse-like patterns detected by automated heuristics Many people get suspended incorrectly due to automation detection — these are reversible once reviewed manually. ✔️ 5. Use the correct appeal form (to be safe) You said you already did — but here is the only correct link: https://support.github.com/contact?subject=Account%20suspension%20appeal Double-check your submission was through this. ✔️ 6. If your university has a GitHub Campus Program admin Ask them to contact GitHub through the faculty administrator channel. This is the only real escalation option that exists outside GitHub support. 🚫 What will not help Posting on GitHub Discussions Tagging GitHub employees on X/Twitter Filing new support tickets Trying to use another email to open a new account (could worsen the situation) |

A while ago, I logged into GitHub and suddenly received a message: "Your account has been suspended. Your account access has been suspended because you violated our Terms of Service."
I think this might be due to my use of actions.
So, of course, I filed an appeal immediately.
Work order: #3914536
What's strange now is that they haven't replied for two days, which makes me think there might be a problem with the appeal system.
I really want to know if you can help me escalate my appeal or take other measures; I have already submitted a support ticket and asked the GitHub staff to help me resolve it, as there is a project in the account related to my graduation thesis, and I really need this account to be restored!
Thanks
