GitHub Certification Offer 2025 "not available" for verified Student Developer Pack member (Nigeria)

Hi everyone,

I'm a verified student with an active GitHub Student Developer Pack (approved, accessible via school email). However, the GitHub Certification Offer 2025 on https://education.github.com/pack shows "offer not available right now, please try again later" (screenshot attached).

Details:

• Goal: Claim free GH-300 GitHub Copilot certification voucher (expires June 30, 2026)
• GitHub username: mustysnl
• Location: Nigeria
• Pack status: Verified/approved with school email access
• Tried: Support form ("trouble redeeming Global Campus offers") - awaiting response

Questions:

1. When will certification vouchers restock? (January 2026 spring term?)
2. Can verified students get manual voucher codes when depleted?
3. Any workarounds for students in regions like Nigeria?
