Hi GitHub team and community,
I’m facing an ongoing and confusing billing issue related to GitHub Copilot Pro, and I’m looking for clarification and guidance.
What happened

My concern
I’m being asked to pay for a service that:
At this point, I don’t understand:
I want to clarify that I am not trying to avoid payment unfairly — I am willing to pay for services that are correctly delivered.
However, I don’t want to encourage a situation where users are charged for something that was never activated or usable. I believe this is something the GitHub team should look into seriously, as charging customers for undelivered services is not right.
What I’m looking for
If anyone from the community or GitHub team has experienced something similar or can advise on the proper resolution process, I’d really appreciate your help.
